Olite.

This Christmas, I returned to the village where much of my mother's family lives.
No matter the time gone by, every time I walk on its cobblestones streets I move back 25 years in my history and go back to being the girl who ran around the square, happy to be back with her cousins and uncles.
I have never lived in Olite, but every time I’m there I have the feeling of being at home again. Its people are close and familiar. They remember us well, although I have the feeling that they also continue to see me as the little girl with pigtails and toothless that would not leave of the arms of her uncles, glad to see them again.
Since then there have been weddings, baptisms and even communions. Our family grows and grows, but still maintains the essence of those Bravo’s brothers who were arriving one by one to Olite, eager to create a home. Some leaved and some stayed, but this place will forever remain  as our meeting point. No matter how much time has passed, the hug will remain the same. Full of love, strong, intense, honest, and without the necessity of saying a word.
